Personal information protection policy

Big Valley International Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “our company”), as a company that contributes to the region, and foster grateful employees, recognizes that personal information and specific personal information handled in our business is an important constituent element of our customers’ privacy. We will respond to the expectations and trust of our customers by complying with the laws and ordinances regarding the protection of personal information and specific personal information, and with the internal regulations of our company.

Our company has to acquire personal information in order to provide its services. Our customers will be notified and will get disclosure of the purpose of such personal information. Our company complies with the Act on the protection of personal information, the Act on the use of numbers to identify specific personal information in administrative procedures, the laws and ordinances concerning the handling of personal information, and applies the requirements of norm JISQ15001:2006 to ensure a thorough management of the data.

Our company fully recognizes and analyzes risks related to personal information and specific personal information, and will prevent alteration, loss and/or leakage of personal information and specific personal information by taking necessary and rational safety control measures. About the matter of personal information disclosure

Regarding the access to personal information and specific personal information: in case of a request by the concerned person, a legal or appointed representative, concerning a notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, deletion and suspension of provision to a third-party (hereafter “disclosure, etc.”), Big Valley International Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “our company”) will respond without any delay in principle.

Download the form from following link “PMS form-17 personal information release statement”,fill in the required parts, and join a copy of an ID piece (driver license, passport, etc.). Enclose every piece as well as a stamp for the reply in an envelope, and send it to the address mentioned in (a).

When in possession of mentioned “PMS form-17 personal information release statement”,our company will confirm the identity of the owner of the personal information subject to disclosure from a copy of the ID we possess. In case of a request by a representative, please enclose the legal authorization.
(d) Fee for disclosure of personal information subject to disclosure
Disclosure is free of charge.
