and we have been continuously hiring foreign professionals as part of our workforce.
After joining the company, foreign employees work as members of project teams alongside Japanese employees.

Hiring Track Record
We have been hiring foreign professionals since 2003.
Most recently, between 2021 and 2025, we hired a cumulative total of 10 foreign professionals.
These professionals have mainly been engaged in system development and IT-related fields,
working in the same manner and under the same conditions as Japanese employees.
